Our meeting formats currently include:

• Standard hour and a half meeting

  This meeting format includes four prepared speech slots and extra time for table topics.

• Accelerated Hour-long Meeting

  This meeting format lasts only an hour, and includes two prepared speech slots.

• Hour and a half meeting featuring a guest speaker

  The first 10-20 minutes of this meeting features a guest speaker. Following the speaker is an accelerated meeting, with 2 slots for prepared speeches.

• Accelerated hour-long meeting followed by elections

  This meeting format attempts to compress a normal meeting into an hour, followed by our annual board member elections. Elections are for members only, and include 2-3 minute speeches from each prospective board member followed by a short Q&A session and voting.

• Special Event

  Other.

• Accelerated hour-long meeting with guest speaker followed by elections
